Step 1 - Arriving At The Site
When the user is out in the field, he/she will direct his/her minibrowser to the VoterCheck web site.

Step 2 - Signing in
At the main page, the user is prompted to enter an access code.

Step 3 - Select a State
Once the user has signed in, he/she is asked to select a state.
(Note: To enhance security, passwords are specific to a geographic area)

Step 4 - Select a City
Once the state is selected, a list of participating cities will appear in
alphabetical order. The user selects the city to proceed.

Step 5 - Select a Ward
The user is prompted to select a ward.
|

Step 6 - Select a Precinct
Finally, the user is prompted to select the precinct from that ward.

Step 7 - Selecting Names
The names of all registered voters in the precinct will appear, and the user can
begin updating voter records in the online database.
