VoterCheck™ is a mobile phone/Internet-based system for use in election day "Get Out The Vote"(GOTV) campaigns.

Designed and built from the latest wireless and Internet technologies, VoterCheck™ allows volunteers at local precinct polling sites to access and update voter registration lists over the Internet.

On election day, while polling site volunteers check and record non-voter records using mobile phones, callers at party headquarters access the online database with a web browser and begin calling the non-voters whose records were marked minutes earlier from the polling site.

Election day GOTV campaigns are more efficient with VoterCheck™. GOTV campaigns can be completed in less time, require fewer volunteers and, since the VoterCheck™ calling cycle is online, campaigns can choose to either centralize their GOTV calling efforts from any site in the country or distribute that effort locally among individual volunteers. Moreover, since the database is online, campaign directors can receive "heads-up" on any precinct or citywide race, thereby allowing them to reallocate GOTV resources to critical races.
